Taylor Swift Goes Out of Her Way to Meet Fan

Taylor Swift loves and appreciates her fans, and does things most stars might not to let them know. In June, she had a 13 hour meet-and-greet to make sure everyone who wanted to meet her could; Taylor also told Parade magazine how she U-turned to meet one fan wearing her apparell. 

“I was driving near the mall and I saw this girl with my tour T-shirt on," she said. "She was probably 11. I made a U-turn and tried to follow her — I really had to do some maneuvering. I found her in a video-game store and just kind of walked up to her and said, ‘Oh, hi. I wanted to meet you.’  She had no idea what to say for about three minutes. Then her mom walked over, burst into tears, and proceeded to tell me that they’d driven all the way from Austin, Texas, just to see where I was discovered.”

How sweet!

Kanye West Sucks Up to Taylor Swift (Again!)

The VMA's are coming up, and everyone can remember what happened last year—when Kanye stole the mic from Taylor.

This morning, Kanye took the time to send several tweets out in Taylor's favor, trying to apologize.

First, he said, "I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her. She had nothing to do with my issues with award shows. She had no idea what hit her."

After, he wrote, "She's just a lil girl with dreams like the rest of us. She deserves the apology more than anyone. I'm ready to get out of my own way. The ego is overdone."

And continued..."Who am I to run on stage? I would never ever again in a million years do that. Sorry to let you down…TAYLOR LOVES RAP MUSIC...I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC...I'm sorry Taylor."

Taylor Swift on friends: "In middle school and junior high, all my friends ditched me, so I was really lonely. I was doing different things at the weekend and I wasn't part of the gang any more. I just wanted to play shows and I think it got really irritating to them. It's weird, I thought I'd have so many more friends now but I feel like I'm less popular than I've ever been. My best friend is Abigail and we've been friends since I was 15."
