Whether you're happy or not, Lil' Wayne has arrived at Rikers Island jail in New York. He is said to be still undergoing the physical and mental health exams, as well as a questionnaire.

Since he is technically celebrity royalty, shouldn't he be separate from all the other inmates? This is still unknown, yet I am curious to find out!
