Reports say that today, Mel Gibson will meet Oksana Grigorieva in court while they continues their custody battle over 12-month-old Lucia.
During the hearing, Mel will be required to answer Oksana's accusations that he should not be allowed to haver her overnight.
Currently, the two share custoday over Lucia, switching off each day. A nanny is usually present for her night visits.
